Cycle of Violence

Cycle of Violence

I am neglecting my blogs. I’m putting a great deal of time to contacting therapists:

“At 80, my life has been one of incredible suffering and incredible self-renewal through a mix of Attention Training Therapies that include Open-Focus Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy, and Ki Breathing Meditation Therapy –– all alternative Trauma, PTSD, ADD/ADHD non drug therapies. I hope I may share my blog posts and YouTube videos with you and your clients: joeldames.com. and my book, “Total Self-Renewal Through Attention Therapies and Open Focus.”

Neglect and abuse create cycles of violence: domestic violence, school and office bullying, acts against humanity, victims who become abusers;  kindred spirits I devote a part of my life to teaching and writing.

I don’t mean to neglect my blogs. But I have not been able – not as yet – “to keep all the plates spinning.” But if you are out there, it would help to hear from you.

Self-help books that help:

Thanks very much, Peter. Hope you might read my book, “Total Self-Renewal Through Attention Therapies and Open Focus.” It is definitely not a “best seller,” only a copy or two a month. But this is fine with me, as long as a few people read it and benefit. It took fifteen years to write.
